For small US medical practices
We appeal your denied claims. You pay only when we win.
Send us your denials. We write each appeal, and a trained person checks every one before it goes to the insurer.
A free call with one of our founders. No patient details needed.
What you can count on
- A trained person checks every appeal
- The insurer pays your practice, not us
- A HIPAA agreement comes first
The problem, in three numbers
A denied claim is for care your practice has already given. Getting paid for it means finding the reason, gathering the records and writing to the insurer before the deadline.
-
12% to 15%
of claims are denied the first time they are sent.
Sources: Kodiak Solutions, 11.81% of claims in 2024; Premier, nearly 15% of hospital claims sent to private payers in 2022.
-
$1.1 trillion
was spent on care from doctors and clinics in the US in 2024.
Source: CMS, National Health Expenditures 2024 (physician and clinical services), reported by Medical Economics on Jan 14, 2026.
-
47%
of US doctors worked in practices with 10 or fewer doctors in 2024.
Source: AMA Physician Practice Benchmark Survey, 47.4% in 2024.
How it works
-
Send us your denials
Upload the denial letter, explanation of benefits (EOB) or remittance file through our secure upload. We find the reason for each denial and note its appeal deadline.
-
We write the appeal, and a person checks it
AI drafts the appeal from your records and the insurer’s own rules. A trained person on our team checks every fact against your records, then sends it. If a record is missing, we ask you for it first.
-
The insurer pays you
When an appeal wins, the insurer pays your practice directly. Then we send you our bill for that appeal.
Pricing
You pay only when we win. If an appeal loses, you owe us nothing for it.
How we keep patient data safe
When you send us patient records, this is how we look after them.
-
A HIPAA agreement comes first
We sign a HIPAA business associate agreement (BAA) with your practice before you send us a single claim.
-
Patient data stays in our claims system
Claims and records are kept in our secure claims system. Any vendor that handles them, such as the AI service that drafts appeals, signs a BAA with us first. We never put them in email, messaging apps or our sales tools.
-
A secure upload, never email
You send records through our secure upload. We will never ask you to email patient details.
-
Only what the insurer needs
A trained person checks every appeal before it goes out. Each one carries only the patient details the insurer needs.
